Privacy Policy

Last updated July 7, 2026

Fissible LLC (“Fissible,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds Fissible Phone, an iOS business phone app for owner-led businesses and small teams. This policy explains what information is handled by the app, what stays in your own Twilio account, and how we use information you send to us through the website or support channels.

Your call infrastructure stays yours. During early access, Fissible Phone connects to your own Twilio account. Call records, voicemail recordings, phone numbers, and carrier-level communication data live in the Twilio account you control, subject to your Twilio settings and agreement.

Information the app handles

Depending on your setup and app permissions, Fissible Phone may display or store information needed to provide the business phone experience, including:

  • Business line labels, caller names, phone numbers, call direction, timestamps, and call status;
  • Voicemail metadata, voicemail transcripts, summaries, urgency or intent labels, and related follow-up notes;
  • Contacts or caller details you add or import into the app;
  • Preferences such as screening settings, language settings, and line selection; and
  • Diagnostic information you choose to share when requesting support.

Local app storage

The app may store settings, cached call context, contacts, voicemail metadata, and authentication tokens locally on your device so the app can work quickly and keep your business lines organized. You can remove the app from your device to remove locally stored app data, subject to normal iOS behavior and backups.

Twilio account data

Fissible Phone is designed so your call and voicemail infrastructure remains in your own Twilio account during early access. Fissible servers are not in the live call path for your calls. Twilio may process call audio, call records, voicemail recordings, SMS records if enabled in the future, and related telecommunications data according to your Twilio account configuration and Twilio’s own policies.

Optional AI processing

Some voicemail analysis workflows may use an AI provider only when you configure that capability. If you bring your own AI key or choose an AI provider, voicemail transcripts or related voicemail text may be sent to that provider to generate summaries, urgency labels, intent labels, or structured notes. Do not configure AI analysis if you do not want voicemail content sent to the provider you choose.

Website and early-access information

If you request early access, join the Android waitlist, contact support, or email us, we collect the information you provide, such as your email address, name, company, platform interest, and message. We use that information to respond, send product updates related to Fissible Phone, coordinate testing, provide support, and understand demand for future platform support.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, email capture, analytics, hosting, support, communications, or app infrastructure, and when required by law or needed to protect our rights.

Analytics and logs

The website may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referral source. We use lightweight analytics consistent with the Fissible website to understand traffic and improve the site.

Retention

We keep early-access, support, and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you, operate the product, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Twilio account data is retained according to your own Twilio account settings and Twilio policies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about, update, or request deletion of information we hold about you, or to opt out of early-access communications. You manage Twilio-hosted call and voicemail data through your own Twilio account.

Children’s privacy

Fissible Phone and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
